Sometimes I want to rely on feeling to get me through everything. Lately I am starting to think that hey, life is not emotional. Sometimes it's rational. Lots of whining people out there- I swear, I don't want to be one of them.
I want to rely on a base of spiritual awareness. Not about God or a higher power, but a self awareness of my placement in the world. Or maybe not even that in-depth, so- lets make it easy. Lets say the key to happiness in life is being aware of who you are and your possible position as a human being.
Word for word.
But right now my neck is sore and I am pretty sore, too, just in general.
The best thing about soreness is being aware that you have been in movement enough to feel it in rest.
